"Leanne's professionalism and friendliness are a wonderful combination. She is organised, focussed and very passionate about what she does - and what she does, is to help you succeed! I would not hesitate to recommend her mentoring services to others and have in fact done so several times. I look forward to continuing the working relationship I have with Leanne and am confident others will feel as satisfied with her utilising her expertise as I have been."

Principal Mentor and Coach

Leanne has mentored and coached others in career, life and business for ten years. She has formal qualifications in management support, human resource management and she is a continual student of life achievement training. There are so many of us who need to find a sense of purpose, some direction and encouragement to pursue our dreams. Leanne established Achieve Beyond so that she could be the change she wants to see in the world. To help people live their best lives, have their best careers, run great businesses and have wonderful relationships. Leanne also works closely with children to help them to believe they are greater than the circumstances that surround them. Relevant Work History

Leanne currently coaches people in small business, home based business, career, study, and life achievement. She has had outstanding success in this area. She is also working with children and currently holds a Principal Advisory role for a very spirited primary school cheerleading squad. Her work with cheerleaders has extended to that of Canberra Liaison for Sirens Cheerleaders which is a national squad with athletes around the country ranging in age from 3 through to adult.

Prior to setting up her coaching business, Leanne worked for the Australian Government. Her roles included Executive Officer, management support, coordination of programs, project management, human resource management, international secretariat management and coordination, conference development and organisation, report writing, and mentoring and career guidance for executive assistants and administrative support staff. It was the latter that inspired her most to leave the rat race and pursue a career in success training. Her natural abilities in this area, combined with intense self growth studies, good business sense, and her formal qualifications, give Leanne an edge when it comes to success coaching.
